In love with Tapa Tini? The popular number from the upcoming Bengali film Belashuru (slated to release on May 20) has had music-lovers in a tizzy ever since the song, now with almost 37 lakh views on YouTube, dropped.
In a unique initiative, SpiceJet, the official air partner of the film, paid tribute to the legendary actors and lead pair of the film — Soumitra Chatterjee and Swatilekha Sengupta, with a flash mob performance at the Kolkata airport today (May 19). Twenty cabin crew and ground staff performed to the song, along with Belaseshe and Belashuru actor Monami Ghosh. She shared a snippet of the mob on her Instagram handle.
Several Tolly celebrities like Rituparna Sengupta, Sandipta Sen, Solanki Roy, Swastika Dutta and Devlina Kumar have also grooved to the song, taking the challenge and acing the hook step.
Belashuru is directed by Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy. The music of the film has been composed by Anupam Roy.
