Jabaraj from Taj Coromandel, Chennai, has curated this repertoire of authentic South Indian dishes. Chef Jabaraj is known for his in-depth knowledge of South Indian cuisines. Complementing the inimitable menu of Spicy Flavours from the South are its desserts. The Elaneer Payasam, Kumbakonam Kaapi ice cream, and Semiya Paal Payasam are worth a mention.
