Gosht Malihabadi Seekh: These decadent and melt-in-the-mouth mutton seekh kebabs add in the flavour of fresh coriander and mint that cuts through the overly fatty taste. Grilled perfectly over charcoal, these are nothing short of a treat.

Shirni Nawab: The good old phirni, which is essentially a blended rice and milk pudding takes a fragrant turn in this dish that has dried rose petals for added flavour and aroma, along with pistachios for some crunch.

Mahira Babuli Kebab: Chicken kebab lovers can dig into meaty and chunky pieces of well-marinated chicken kebabs that have a lovely char on the outside and yet remain juicy on the inside. The aromas of the charcoal and the masalas together is irresistible.

Paneer Lazzat-E-Khaas: This gravy uses charred cottage cheese roulade instead of regular pieces of paneer, which is then cooked in a tomato and cashew-based creamy gravy that complements both rice as well as bread preparations. Brownie points for the drizzle of fresh cream on top.
