On May 14, Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences celebrated Mother’s Day with a specially curated brunch menu at The Square. The Mother’s Day special brunch menu included some home-style food, which is generally cooked with love at home by our mothers. Prior to Mother’s Day, Novotel arranged the #MyMOMRecipe contest, where contestants had to send their mom’s homely recipes. Two mom’s special recipes were selected, which were served on Mother’s Day as part of the special brunch menu. From Aloo Posto to Litti Chokha, the Mother’s Day brunch menu had all the comfort food that reminds us of our mothers.

“Today our Mother’s Day special brunch menu has all the homely food from the kitchen of our mothers and grandmothers. We have curated each and every dish by following the proper home recipes. We hope our guests enjoy our curated dishes along with our scrumptious buffet,” said chef Sirajul Rahaman.
