International Institute Of Hotel Management celebrated cake-mixing at Salt Lake campus

As next year the institution will celebrate the 10th year of the Young Chef Olympiad, the cake-mixing table was decorated with an ‘X’ with the dry fruits before the mix. Glimpses from the ceremony

Guests like actor Richa Sharma; Pichaya Lapasthamrong, Thai deputy consul general; dancer Sudarshan Chakravorty and many others participated in the cake-mixing ceremony. "Christmas is a joyous occasion for all of us and we love to celebrate it in style at IIHM. This time it is extra special as we get ready to host the biggest culinary competition of the 10th IIHM Young Chef Olympiad with student chefs coming to our city from than 60 countries for the 10th consecutive year. I would like to wish all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year," said Dr Suborno Bose, founder, chairman and chief mentor of the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM).

Embracing the tradition during the Yuletide season, the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) celebrated its cake-mixing ceremony with a symphony of flavours and camaraderie with a handful of guests and students of Access Micro Scholarship English program of the American Centre conducted at IIHM.
