Like every year, IIHM Global Campus in Salt Lake celebrated International Hospitality Day (April 24) by honouring the heroes of the hospitality industry and the hotels, restaurants and travel brands for their outstanding contribution to the industry. The International Hospitality Council initiated the celebration of this day eight years ago to recognise the work of the people associated with this industry. Keeping up with IIHM’s initiative to embrace the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, this year’s celebration had a special theme of partnership for sustainability, based on SDG number 17 (partnership for the goals). Starting from food influencers to hotel managers and cafe owners to bar experts, the gathering was all about celebrating camaraderie and appreciating each other’s success. Snapshots:
