Recruitment policy for management trainees

This being the first year of operation, we do not plan to hire management trainees. However, we will start hiring for 2014 from leading business and engineering schools. We are currently working on formulating and developing a new “management training programme” in line with the company’s requirements.

Mid-career recruitment

We rely mainly on employee referrals and job portals. We have a robust employee referral scheme. We use consultants selectively.

Terms

We have both permanent and contractual employees, though the number of contractual employees is very few. The retirement age is 60.

Postings / transfers

Our employees can be located at any of the 21 sales offices across the country, the corporate office in Gurgaon or at our factory in Bawal.

Jobs on offer

We are looking for sales resources with experience in selling home appliances for our select branches. We also require people with experience in implementing light commercial airconditioning projects.
