Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management trainees and other candidates for the position of call centre executives (CCE). We recruit through advertisements in newspapers, employee referrals and consultancy firms. We are also looking at tie-ups with some reputed colleges and institutes for campus recruitment.

Mid-career recruitment

We hire through advertisements in newspapers, job portals and also take help of placement consultants. We don't refer to employee referrals for candidates below the level of managers.

Terms

Employees are on regular payroll after a six-month probation. The employment terms are on a par with the industry norms.The retirement age is 50 plus for our operational team.

Postings / transfers

We are headquartered in Calcutta with branches in Mumbai, Jaipur and Noida. Employees can be transferred depending on our business needs.
