We visit B-schools such as the Indian School of Business, SP Jain Institute of Management and XLRI to hire management trainees.

Mid-career recruitment

Usually through employee referrals. We do not use consultants or advertise in papers. We post vacancies on relevant online forums.

Terms

Most employees are on our rolls though we do take contract employees for certain specific requirements. Retirement age is 58.

Postings / transfers

We are based in Gurgaon and all employees are posted there. There are no group companies.
