We generally recruit trainees and diploma civil engineers through internal referrals. We also hire interns from colleges and professional institutions. There are plans to re-start campus recruitment as we are in an expansion mode.

For mid-career recruitment, we take the help of consultants, referrals and also consider applications sent via our website (www.siddhagroup.com). We also advertise in newspapers.

Q Where are your employees likely to be posted? Do you transfer them from one Group Company to another? Where are your offices located?

We have our offices and projects in Calcutta and Jaipur. In Calcutta, our projects are located at Rajarhat, Madhyamgram, Khardah, BonHooghly, Baruipur and South Calcutta. Employees may either be posted at our head office in Calcutta or at any of our site offices. We do transfer employees from one group company to another.
