We recruit junior managers from B-schools and also food and beverage students from hotel management institutes.

Mid-career recruitment

We look out for experienced candidates from the field of F&B and marketing. Our recruitment policy is based on contacts and an employee referral system.

Terms

We do not have a contractual system. Candidates are on probation for six months and are absorbed if they are good. They enjoy statutory benefits like provident fund, ESI and gratuity. The retirement age is 58 years.

Postings/ transfers

Our employees are posted in Calcutta. Space Circle, The Spring Club and The Circle Club are the group companies. There are internal transfers.
