We recruit management trainees from employment firms. We also do campus recruitment.

We take the help of consultants and HR placement agencies as well as referrals.

Terms

Our retirement age is 58 years. We have an employment contract which varies by function, department and sometimes even location (as in Dubai where the contract law of Dubai takes effect).

Postings/ transfers

We have our offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Dubai. All employees are expected to serve in any of the locations mentioned above as also at places where projects are to be executed.

We provide employees a work environment where they can carry out multiple functions.

Jobs on offer right now

We are in the process of creating a project steering department much like an ombudsman to look at project execution, client satisfaction and support escalation. We are also fleshing out a domain specialist group for product management.
