We give first priority to employee referrals. We also take the help of job portals and consultants.

Terms

Retirement age is 58. We do not have a contractual system.

Postings / transfers

In India, we are headquartered in Mumbai, and plan to expand to 22 cities within this year. In most cases we are able to offer a candidate his or her preferred location of employment.

Special facilities

We are constantly evaluating and putting in force policies and benefits such as annual international gatherings, a work-from-home policy, medical leave incentives and so on. We also look at providing long-term benefits and contribute to a superannuation fund for employees.
