Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management trainees from the National Institutes of Technology, other renowned engineering colleges and B-schools. Management graduates specialising in marketing, human resources, finance and operations management are preferred.

Mid-career recruitment

This is done predominantly through headhunting and outsourcing via placement agencies. We also follow referral schemes.

Terms

There is a training period that extends upto one year on a consolidated CTC. We do not have a contractual system. Retirement age is 58.

Postings / transfers

Our offices are located in Calcutta, Chennai, Bangalore and Mumbai. We have diversified into float glass, foam, engineering and other businesses. We recruit on a national basis and employees can be transferred from one section to another.
