We recruit from reputed management schools in Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Calcutta and Trichy. We also visit engineering campuses for paint technologists.
Mid-career recruitment
We believe in nurturing talent from within. When we do recruit mid-level managers, we use placement consultants, job sites and the employee referral scheme.
Terms
A new employee is confirmed after a probation period of six months. Management trainees have a one-year probation period.
Postings / transfers
An employee can be posted to any of our 67 branch offices, five factories or the corporate office at Mumbai. He / she is likely to get promoted across any of the locations.
Special facilities
We review an individual’s performance through KRAs, which gives him / her a clear idea of his or her role.
