Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit directly from management institutes. We also have an arrangement with about 50 campuses wherein we are in touch with students on a regular basis through an engagement portal.

Mid-career recruitment

We give priority to employee referrals. This is followed by headhunting, job portals, consultants and newspaper advertisements.

Terms

Those hired are inducted as full-time employees. Retirement age is 58. We also have a fixed-term contractual system.

Postings / transfers

Our head office is in Mumbai. Employees may be posted at or transferred to any location in India as per requirement.
