Recruitment policy for management trainees

So far this was done mainly through walk-ins and regional campus visits. From this year, we have started hiring from institutes such as the IIMs and IITs.

Mid-career recruitment

Mid-level recruitment happens primarily through employee referrals. We take the help of consultants for senior management positions.

Terms

Retirement age is 58. We do have a contractual system.

Postings / transfers

Most of our employees are posted at Hyderabad. This is our corporate headquarters, R&D centre, and the location for all five manufacturing facilities. Our customer support and sales offices are spread across India, and employees can be posted at any of these centres.
