Terms

All recruits undergo a training and probation period of six months. On completion of probation, employees are confirmed but, at times, the probation period is extended. The retirement age is 60.

Postings/ transfers

Although our headquarters is in Calcutta, employees can be transferred to any of our eight locations. Also, we have more than 75 project offices where they can be posted.

Special facilities

We provide housing to all employees posted at our project sites and also provide medical insurance.
