Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit from management institutes. We also take students from the National Institute of Design for summer projects.

Mid-career recruitment

As far as mid-career recruitment is concerned we use all channels i.e., we advertise, go through consultants/headhunters and also use our contacts in the industry.

Postings/ transfers

Our technical employees are posted at either of our units in Madhupur (Jharkhand) and Sitarganj (Uttaranchal). We occasionally transfer our employees from one group company to another. Apart from our head office in Calcutta, we have offices in Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai.

At the moment, we are looking for a maintenance manager and a factory head for our new plant in Uttaranchal, sales persons for all offices across India, and a HR manager for the Calcutta office.
