We recruit from reputed management schools. We also have a FACT Educational Partnership programme linking us with a number of management schools in Singapore and India.

Apart from print and web advertisements, we hire through referrals and applications to our website.

Terms

We hire both regular and contract employees. Our retirement age is 58 but it’s flexible in case of people with exceptional talent.

Postings/ transfers

We are located in three places in India and five other countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Nepal, Philippines and Dubai. People get transferred from one office/location to another as per our needs and their skills.

Special facilities
