Recruitment policy for management trainees

Trainees are recruited through advertisement in newspapers, consultants, campus interviews and personal references. The selected candidate goes through on-job training in respective fields.

Mid-career recruitment

We are open to mid-career recruitment. It depends on the experience and competency of the candidate and is based on special reference. We usually recruit through job portals and sometimes take out advertisements in newspapers.

Terms

Appointments are subject to successful completion of training period and retirement age is 58.

Postings / transfers

We have no branches. However, the employee may be transferred in such capacity as the company may deem fit from time to time.
