Recruitment policy for management trainees

We are fairly young as a company, being in the third year of operations. As a strategy, we are keen on hiring management trainees. We have started it on a pilot basis this year by hiring seven trainees in sales.

Mid-career recruitment

We recruit mainly through employee referrals. Details of vacancies are also posted on job portals. We advertise in newspapers and take help of consultants too.

Terms

All our employees work full time. Retirement age is 58.

Postings / transfers

We transfer employees to support career development and accommodate personal needs. Our head office is in Gurgaon and we have 94 branch units in Punjab, Gujarat, Haryana, Delhi NCR and Himachal Pradesh.

We have 250 positions across the country, including jobs in sales, front line sales, force operations, third party operations. We want regional heads and relationship managers. We are also looking for people in finance, IT, operations and HR.
