We recruit trainees from management institutions and also through advertisements.

Through advertisements and placement consultants. We also have an internal referral scheme.

Terms

We do not have a contractual system. Employees are on permanent rolls of the company. The retirement age is 58.

Postings / transfers

Employees can be posted at any of our branch offices located in West Bengal and Bihar. Our head office is in Calcutta.
