Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management trainees for our core client servicing and operations team through internal references and from select B-schools. To hire management trainees as per the criteria set by our clients, we visit aviation, retail and B-school campuses.

Mid-career recruitment

We take the help of placement consultants as well as advertise in newspapers. However, for senior positions we prefer to hire through job sites or referrals from the industry. We also have an employee referral scheme.

Terms

While all the core team members are on the company’s rolls, there are employments on contract basis as well.

Postings / transfers

We are headquartered in Calcutta and have branches in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Hydrabad. We transfer employees when required.
