Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit candidates with a minimum of six months’ experience in the fields of software, embedded hardware as well as sales and marketing.

Mid-career recruitment

This is done through newspaper advertisements, job portals, employee referrals and placement agencies.

Terms

After a six-month probation, regular employment is offered. The retirement age in our company is 60 years. We do not have a contractual system.

Postings / transfers

We have branch offices in Delhi, Pune, Chennai and Mumbai. Most of our employees are posted in Mumbai.

Special facilities

We have indoor games facilities, a meditation centre, a seminar hall and a library for our employees.
