Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit trainees through campus interviews. Preference is usually given to those having experience in manufacturing industry. Sense of values and innovative thinking are the qualities we look for while recruiting trainees.

Mid-career recruitment

We are open to mid-career recruitments as long as the experience gathered so far matches our requirements. We hire through placement agencies, direct advertisements and employee referrals.

Terms

There is a six-month probation period for fresh candidates. The salary is on a par with industry norms. Accommodation may be offered to suitable candidates.

Currently, we need a production supervisor with an experience of five to seven years, a sales executive, HR manager with industrial relation background, HR executive, and a technician / fitter / electrician.
