Recruitment policy for management trainees

Brainwave takes in final semester students from the engineering colleges. The company also recruits from the A and B-level management institutes.

We go through employee referrals, newspaper ads, placement consultancy services besides recruiting online.

Terms

Selected candidates are put on three to six months’ probation, including 15 days to one month of orientation and training. The specifics depend on the position that the candidate has been selected for.

Postings/ transfers

Brainwave India development centre is basedout of Calcutta with its head office in the US. There is a possibility of transfers for some positions.

Special facilities

Our developers are free to spend 10 per cent of their time on their personal projects using company resources. We are also in the process of starting a library.
