Recruitment policy for management trainees

We do not visit colleges for campus recruitment yet. Management trainees are recruited through emplo-yee referrals and contacts.

Mid-career recruitment

We hire candidates through employee referrals and contacts, from job portals and occasionally, through advertisements in the media.

Terms

Employees joining at the entry level are on a probation of six months, which might be extended or reduced, depending on their performance. Our retirement age is 58 years.

Postings/ transfers

Employees are normally posted in Hyderabad but we might transfer them to countries across the world where we have offices.
