We use newspapers and consultants and also recruit through references from within the industry.

Terms

We hire employees on a six-month probation period and confirm the employment as per standard norms. We have very few contractual vacancies. The retirement age is 60 years.

Postings/ transfers

We have branches in Mumbai, Delhi, Calcutta, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune and Chandigarh. Our parent companies are based in the US and the UK. Employees can be transferred to other branches and also get international postings.
