Recruitment policy for management trainees

We select degree/diploma holders in engineering through campus interviews in reputable institutions. For sales and marketing, we select engineers as well as graduates with PGDM from reputable B-schools.

Mid-career recruitment

To meet the manpower needs of our fast expanding operations, we use placement agencies, the print medium and the Internet. Selection is done on the basis of the professional track record of the candidates.

Terms

Our employees are confirmed after a probationary period of six months. We also engage management staff on renewable contract.

Postings/ transfers

Our employees are posted at the head office in Calcutta and at the factories in Calcutta and Durgapur. Sales and marketing staff are posted all over India.
