Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit graduate engineers from engineering colleges through campus interviews. We follow a very easy but effective recruitment procedure: First, we take written and psychometry exams of all the candidates. Then we conduct GDs for the shortlisted candidates followed by the final interview.

Mid-career recruitment

We advertise and use contacts. If the vacancy is too urgent then we go for consultancy.

Terms

We keep individuals on probation for six months, extendable to one year. We have employees on contract and trainees.

Postings/ transfers

We try to place our employees as per their skills and experience. We have offices in Delhi, Banglore, Guwahati, Pune, Chennai and Mumbai. We generally transfer our employees as per the project requirements.
