Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit fresh graduate engineers or MBAs, chartered accountants/cost accountants as management trainees. We visit engineering and management colleges to recruit trainees.

Mid-career recruitment

For senior posts, we generally advertise in newspapers and select people based on their expertise and experience. We also take the help of consultants and contacts to recruit people.

Terms

We have a mixture of permanent and contractual employment. Our retirement age is 60 years.

Postings/ transfers

At present, we have offices in Calcutta, Dishergarh, Shibpur and Chinakuri and in the UK. We transfer people from one company to another within the group.
