We mostly use e-recruitment. However, when required, we also resort to advertising in the print media. Emirates rarely uses the services of other agencies or consultants as most applicants send us their details directly. Yes, networks and referrals are an important source as well.

Our staff is employed on contracts. Terms vary across all positions and areas. Usually, 60 is our retirement age.
