Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management graduates in sales and marketing from B-schools in Mumbai/ Pune/ Delhi and engineering graduates from RECs across the country.

Mid-career recruitment

We give priority to internal candidates. Otherwise we use the following avenues: a. Job sites b. Employee referrals c. Placement advisors d. Ads in magazines and newspapers d. Contacts and other sources.

Terms

We have a probation period of six months. The retirement age is 58 years. A contractual system is also followed when we take fresh graduates as trainees in accounts, finance, operations and technical services. We also offer retainerships for consulting roles.

Postings/ transfers

We have offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Calcutta and Chennai. Employees can be transferred to any of these cities. They can also be sent for project needs in the US, Middle-East Africa and other countries.
