Recruitment policy for management trainees

We do visit engineering schools ? the volumes justify this activity. However, management schools have not been a part of our campus recruitment route. We are making a foray with a visit to Indian School of Business. The success of this move would provide inputs for our future actions.

Mid-career recruitment

We do it mainly through referrals and through consultants. Advertising, we feel, is not the right strategy for filling up these positions.

Terms

We are in the process of defining our retirement age. Our employment terms are varied: we have people on our permanent rolls, on contractual agreement and as consultants, both full-time as well as part-time.

Postings/ transfers

Mainly in Bangalore and Pune. Will look at other development centres in tune with business plans/ growth of company.
