Recruitment policy for management trainees

We hire people through a variety of sources such as online applications, campus recruitment, newspaper advertisements. We also have a very interesting referral programme in which existing associates get a gift voucher in case they are able to refer a new associate who also joins us. Almost 50 per cent of our fresher recruitment happens through this route.

Mid-career recruitment

Mid-career recruitment is done mostly through placement consultants.
