Ranchi, June 15: The state government today transferred over a dozen IAS officials and four IPS officers.

The IAS reshuffle list includes Dinesh Chandra Mishra, former inspector-general (registration) who will now be deputy commissioner (DC) of Gumla. Mishra is replacing Gauri Shankar Minj, who will be additional secretary.

Former Godda DC Rajesh Kumar Sharma has been made director of State Urban development Agency while 2006 batch IAS officer Harsh Mangla will take his place.

Urban development department’s secretary Ajoy Kumar Singh has been given additional charge of housing department. Additional commissioner-cum-special secretary in health department Beena Shrivastava has been made divisional commissioner of North Chotanagpur. She will hold additional charge of Santhal Pargana division commissioner.

Of the four IPS officers, DIG of Palamau range Hemant Toppo has been transferred as DIG, Jungle Warfare School, at Netarhat. STF SP Saket Kumar Singh will replace Toppo as DIG in-charge. ADGP (CID) Rezi Dungdung was shifted to Jharkhand Armed Police in the same designation. IG Ranchi Suman Gupta is now IG (prisons).
