22 selected for camp

Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) on Monday shortlisted 22 probables for the Under-19 camp scheduled in Dhanbad from October 20 to November 2.

Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) on Monday shortlisted 22 probables for the Under-19 camp scheduled in Dhanbad from October 20 to November 2.

The probables have been requested to report to Binay Kumar Singh (9431121841, 9334000005), general secretary of Dhanbad Cricket Association on October 19 by 5pm.

They include - Anukul Roy, Himanshu Kumar Singh, Anurag Sanjay Purty (West Singhbhum), Aditya Singh, Ayan Choudhary, Bal Kishan Sharma, Atul Singh Surwar, Aryman Sen, Apurva Anand (Bokaro), Junaid Ashraf, Chandan Mukhi, Nishikant Kumar, Vivek Kumar (Jamshedpur), Vivek Anand Tiwary, Shresth Sagar, Shlok Bashisth (Ranchi), Aditya Narayan, Sailesh Kumar (Dhanbad), Shubham Kumar Singh (Deoghar), Amit Pal (Koderma), Utkarsh Singh (Hazaribagh) and Vinayak Bikram (Khunti). Anukul Roy, Shresth Sagar and Vivekanand Tiwary, who are playing for East Zone in the ongoing Under-19 Vinoo Mankad Trophy inter-zonal tournament in Una (Himachal Pradesh) will join the camp later.

The state association has also shortlisted 60 players in the Under-16 age group for age verification programme.

"The X-ray of shortlisted players will be done in Ranchi. The players are requested to report at JSCA stadium on October 21 along with their parents at 9.30am. They must bring birth certificate, school certificate and Aadhaar card, along with two passportsize photographs," JSCA assistant secretary Aseem Kumar Singh said.
