“In course of its journey of 41 years, the company finally achieved operation of 100 per cent of pots in aluminium smelter plant for the first time,” Patra said.

Calling it a breakthrough moment, Patra congratulated the Nalco team for making untiring efforts in difficult times to make this dream come true.

He complimented all stakeholders for their support, which has helped the company move from strength to strength.

Patra attributed the success to strategic planning and initiatives by the management as well as the strong discipline, determination and dedication of the employees and workmen.
