Calcutta, March 9 :     The much-awaited executive committee of the faction-ridden state Congress is expected to be announced from New Delhi this weekend. The newly-appointed AICC general secretary in charge of West Bengal, Ghulam Nabi Azad, who is also known to be close to state Congress chief A.B.A. Ghani Khan Chowdhury?s camp, met the lone party MP from the state as well as working president Priya Ranjan Das Munshi in the capital during the day. Also present at the meeting was former state party chief Somen Mitra. Party officials said that a 30-member committee would be announced under the present leadership of Khan Chowdhury and Das Munshi. This committee, however, will last for only about five months till August when countrywide organisation elections of the party are scheduled. Flight resumed Royal Nepal Airlines will resume its services between Calcutta and Kathmandu from March 21. The service was discontinued earlier this year due to lack of passengers. However, Nepalese ambassador to India Bhekha Bahadur Thapa today said that both countries have not taken any decision to increase pass-enger capacity by 500 per cent as agreed during the then Prime Minister I.K.
