Khanna property
Mumbai, Jan. 30: Anita Advani, who claimed to have been in a live-in relationship with late actor Rajesh Khanna, today filed a fresh case under the IPC against his wife Dimple Kapadia, his two daughters and son-in-law Akshay Kumar for allegedly throwing her out of his bungalow.
Advani had lodged another case, under the domestic violence act, last year claiming maintenance. However the proceedings were stayed after Khanna’s family moved Bombay High Court ,which will hear the case on February 6.

Chhattarpur (PTI): A forest ranger was injured on Tuesday after being attacked by a leopard he and his collegaues were trying to free from a poachers’ trap near a village in Chhattarpur.
Sex racket
Pune (PTI): Pune police have busted a sex racket and rescued 12 girls, nine of them foreigners, while arresting five alleged pimps. Of the foreigners, seven are from Bangladesh and one each from Nepal and Uzbekistan.
Parlour case
Kochi (PTI): The Kerala government on Wednesday withdrew its revision petition against a lower court order directing the prosecution to give documents to Opposition leader V. S. Achuthanandan on a plea alleging attempts to “sabotage” the ice cream parlour sex case.

Warangal (PTI): Six persons of a family were killed when the vehicle in which they were travelling collided head on with a coal-laden lorry in Warangal on Tuesday night, police said.
Wife payout
New Delhi (PTI): A Delhi court has reduced the maintenance to be given by a man to his estranged wife and minor son saying she lived with her parents and didn’t pay rent. The man had appealed a magistrate’s order fixing the sum at Rs 40,000 per month and claimed his wife was a lawyer and capable of earning. The amount will now be Rs 32,000.
