India’s Dipa Karmakar competes on the vault during the women’s artistic gymnastics qualifying round at the Rio Olympic Arena on Sunday. 

Late on Sunday night, she remained in the hunt for a place in the Olympic vault finals after finishing sixth in the qualifiers with two more sub-divisions to go. The top eight, who will make the finals, will be known after all the five sub-divisions are completed.
