In his address, the chief minister shared his pride in witnessing the strength and valour of India’s soldiers. "Seeing even one soldier in uniform is enough to spark patriotism in people’s hearts," he remarked.

CM Sai also emphasised the Indian Army's global reputation for discipline and efficiency, noting it as one of the strongest militaries in the world. He also highlighted the army's significant role in defending the country, maintaining internal security, and providing assistance during natural disasters.

The exhibition features a display of advanced military equipment, including the Bhishma T-90 tank, BMP, L-70, and other weaponry. Visitors can watch demonstrations such as para jumping, Khukuri dancing, daredevil motorcycling, and horse riding.

The CM expressed satisfaction with the turnout, especially among youth and families. He encouraged young people to consider careers in the armed forces, stressing the importance of the Agnipath scheme. CM Sai also commended security forces for their recent successes against Naxalism in the Abujhmad area of Bastar, where 31 Naxalites were eliminated.

Over the last nine months, security forces have neutralised 191 Naxalites. The chief minister noted that local youth are increasingly joining the security forces to combat Naxalism.

During the event, Brigadier Shri Aman Anand provided the CM with a briefing on various tanks and weapons displayed at the exhibition, including a detailed explanation of the T-90 Bhishma tank, one of the main attractions. The exhibition showcases both modern and heritage military equipment, including drones, rifles, and other weaponry used in past and present conflicts.

Stalls also provide information on support schemes for ex-servicemen, the Agnipath scheme, and Chhattisgarh herbals. CM Sai toured the stalls and interacted with army officials, gathering insights on the displays.

Several officials, including Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma, and Agriculture Minister Shri Ramvichar Netam, attended the event, along with a large number of army personnel and civilians.
