To commemorate local festivals, each gram panchayat will receive Rs.10,000 in two instalments under this scheme.

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel released a total of 3 crores 5 lakhs, with 55 thousand to 6 thousand 111-gram panchayats covered by this plan receiving a sum of 5 thousand each.

Along with this, Chief Minister Baghel released a total of Rs. 1 crore, 89 lakhs, 65 thousand to 3 thousand for 793-gram panchayats of 14 districts of the Scheduled Area under Mukhyamantri Adivasi Parv Samman Nidhi.

It is worth noting that Chief Minister Baghel, while launching the 'Mukhyamantri Adivasi Parav Samman Nidhi Yojana' at the Bharose ka Sammelan in Bastar on April 13, distributed Rs 5,000 grants to each of the division's 1840 gram panchayats.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister stated that the work of maintaining Chhattisgarh's culture and traditions is important to the state's development.

Teeja, Hareli, Bhaktin Maa Karma Jayanti, Maa Shakambhari Jayanti (Chherchera), Chhath, and World Tribal Day are all public holidays in the state.

The state administration believes that through Teej festivals, the youth of today should be imbued with traditional values and feel proud of their culture. This is why we organize activities such as the National Tribal Dance Festival, Youth Festival, Chhattisgarhi Olympics, and Basi-Tihar.

Devgudi and Ghotul development work is also being done to preserve and promote folk culture.
