Following the release of Karthi’s Japan teaser and Mammootty’s Bazooka poster, the makers of several upcoming Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam films dropped new trailers and teasers last week. Here’s a look.
Thalainagaram 2 (Tamil)
The official trailer of the Tamil-language crime action film Thalainagaram 2 was dropped by Saregama Tamil. Written and directed by Dhorai V.Z, the film stars Sundar C, Palak Lalwani, Thambi Ramaiah, 'Bhahubali' Prabhakar, Aayira, Jaise Jose, Vishal Rajan and Seran Raj.
The two-minute-40-second-long trailer introduces us to Sundar C’s feared gangster who kills people for fun. We also see glimpses of other characters in the middle of violent scenes.
Bhagavanth Kesari (Telugu)
Junglee Music Telugu unveiled the teaser of Telugu-language actioner Bhagavantha Kesari. Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the movie stars Nandamuri Balakrishna in the lead role alongside Kajal Aggarwal, Sreeleela and Arjun Rampal.
The one-minute-24-second-long teaser introduces Arjun Rampal as the villain before staging a grand entry of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s sledgehammer-wielding titular hero. He beats up people with his usual swag and states his name while promising more mischief.
Bhagavantha Kesari will arrive in cinemas during Dasara.
Anand Audio shared the official trailer of Kannada-language romantic action film Aggrasena. Helmed by Murugesh Kanappa, the film stars Amar Viraj, Rachana Dashrath, Aagasthya Balgere Tanishka, Ugram Manju and Ramakrishna.
The two-minute-30-second-long trailer shows a carefree youth and his romance with a girl. However, the arrival of a violent goon in their life changes everything. The video ends with fight sequences between the hero and the villain.
O Baby (Malayalam)
The makers of Malayalam-language thriller film O Baby dropped its trailer. It is written and directed by Ranjan Pramod, who is also headlining the project.
The one-minute-51-second-long trailer shows how the families of two lovebirds refuse to accept their relationship. The situation turns ugly soon, leading to violent incidents.
O Baby will arrive in theatres on June 9.
