Spring time at 85 Lansdowne

Fashion designer Divya Sheth and jewellery designer Rohita Bhaskaran brought spring alive at 85 Lansdowne on February 21. While Divya’s The Ra-Da Collection saw easy, summery silhouettes and a lot of checks on Bengal khadi along with her signature Kalamkari work, Rohita’s The Modern Goddess Collection featured the influence of 3D printing technology. “The exhibition went off really well. People appreciated the metal work and the intricacies. Our Indian bridal jewellery also did well. The multipurpose nature of the jewellery was also appreciated,” said Rohita. Divya found the response “overwhelming”. “85 Lansdowne is a tasteful store to do justice to a special showing of art- inspired natural-dyed hand- painted garments,” she said.
