1. Wash your face two to three times a day with a gentle cleanser. Avoid harsh products.

2. Choose products that are non-comedogenic (won’t clog pores).

3. Avoid alcohol-based toners.

4. Use a light moisturiser. A gel-based one is a good idea.

5. Use SPF 30 for sure. You will definitely require sunscreen.

6. Don’t forget to change your pillow cover three times a week. It helps to keep your skin from soaking up any dirt and oil that comes from our hair.

7. Keep your hands clean so that you don’t touch your face with dirty hands. It can aggravate pimples or acne.

8. Last but not the least, don’t forget to wash your face before bedtime and apply a light moisturiser before sleeping.

It’s great if you have clear skin and don’t have acne problems. But remember to clean your face every day, moisturise it and use sunscreen.
