Mutton Burra Kebab with Ulta Tawa Paratha: Tender kebabs made of minced mutton are stuffed with cheese, and served with a crisp paratha made on a special reverse tawa. It is served with three types of papad, sliced onion rings and green chutney.

Easy on the pocket and a complete package, We.Desi is cooking hassle-free set meals for dinner. With a dozen meals to choose from, you’ll be spoilt for choice. With mutton, fish, prawns, paneer and even chhole, the menu is an all-inclusive affair. Accompanying that is their Batli Permit, an offer on alcohol where quarter, half and full bottles of premium liquor are available at discounted rates. 

Amritsari Pindi Chhole with Amritsari Kulcha: Nothing spells comfort like this dish. Spicy and flavourful chickpeas are served with masala-stuffed kulchas, and served with papad, chutney and salad, in typical Punjabi style. Rs 260-plus
 
Homemade Chicken Curry with Tawa Phulka: If you are looking for something filling and comforting, then go for this. Tender pieces of chicken cooked home-style in an onion and tomato-based gravy are served with three light and fluffy rotis along with pulao, salad and papad.

You can also try the Kolkata Doi Maachh with Sada Bhaat or the Kerala Prawn Moilee with Lachcha Kulcha.

Pathani Paneer Lababdar with Lachcha Paratha: Vegetarians rejoice, for the Pathani Paneer Lababdar is a mouth-watering paneer gravy that will leave you craving for more. This and lachcha paratha make for a great combo. Served with pulao, salad and papad. Rs 325-plus 
Those who prefer traditional flavours can go for Paneer Butter Masala with Roomali Roti, or the Ivory Lala Mussa Dal with Tandoori Roti.

On the menu: Choose any one dish from the main course comprising Roast Leg of Mutton, Bottle Masala Chicken Roast, Slow Roasted Pork Belly (all dishes come with a side of cauliflower gratin, peyajkoli mash, grilled vegetables, gravy and baked hot-cross pavs). Take a pick from the dessert list that includes Salted Creme Caramel, Berry and Mascarpone Trifle, and Carrot and Cream Cheese Fondant.
Meal for one: Rs 999-plus.
