Cadbury Mishti Shera Shrishti, in association with Anandabazar Patrika and The Telegraph, went around 15 paras for the Chocochef Challenge 2018. Participants from neighbourhoods like Lake Town, Dum Dum Park, Maniktala, Baghajatin, Tala Barowari, Hatibagan, Sorsuna, Bhowanipore and Tangra Gholpara competed in the event, with over 15 participants from each para. The residents of the neighbourhood brought their dishes to the table for a sweet face-off. t2 checked out the competitions in two of the paras:

TALA BAROWARI

“I really loved the zeal and enthusiasm of the participants from this para, some of the recipes were really well thought out and executed. It was an enriching experience for me to get a chance to taste so many dishes,” said Tapan Kumar Das of Nalin Chandra Das & Sons, who was the judge.

TANGRA GHOLPARA

Gadadhar Kundu of Mouchak, Beckbagan, was the judge.
