Need for nutrition

To mark the National Nutrition Week from September 1 to 7, nutritionist Hena Nafis hosted a panel discussion on how food impacts our health with experts from the field.

To mark the National Nutrition Week from September 1 to 7, nutritionist Hena Nafis hosted a panel discussion on how food impacts our health with experts from the field. Held at Eat Good Food on September 6, over healthy bites and sips, the speakers, consisting of nutritionists, dieticians and health coaches, turned the spotlight on the importance of a nutrition-enriched balanced diet. 

“Going Further with Food is my enterprise to help people lead healthier lives. I believe that as nutritionists, we should talk more about the pros of healthy eating than the cons. This discussion resulted in a community-building exercise and served as a forum for all of us to meet and share our views regarding the need for nutrition,” said Hena.

Tomato Basil Bruschetta, Chicken Bruschetta with hung curd topping on multi grain bread, Fish Grilled Bites and Chilli Cottage Cheese Toast were some of the yum but healthy starters that were served.
